Welcome to TalkiTale!

Hi! 👋 My name is Zsuzsanna, and I founded TalkiTale to help children and adults with communication disabilities, as well as the people who support them in their daily lives.

Why TalkiTale?

Millions of people struggle to communicate with words. It might be children who haven’t yet developed speech, or adults who have lost the ability to speak. TalkiTale develops apps and digital tools within AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), with the goal that everyone – regardless of their abilities – can find their own voice.

My interest in AAC and communication technology is not just professional – it’s also personal. I have a daughter who doesn’t use spoken language, but instead communicates through body language, signs, and symbol-based systems. So I know how challenging – and how amazing – it can be to find the right tools that give a voice to those who cannot speak.

What can you expect from this blog?

  • Posts about AAC, sign-supported communication, and communication aids.
  • The role of technology in inclusion and communication – apps, AI, and innovation.
  • Updates on development and products from TalkiTale.
